블로거팁 닷컴의 Zet님이 소개해 주신 TV 드라마 테마송 무료 다운로드 사이트 글을 보고 해당 사이트(http://www.televisiontunes.com/)를 방문해 봤는데 정말 많은 노래들이 있었다. 그리고 음질은 다소 떨어지지만 무료로 다운로드가 가능하다는 장점이 있다.
저작권과 관련하여서는 사이트에 있는 곡들의 저작권은 자기들에게 있는 것이 아니고 단지 교육용이나 개인 청취로만 사용하라는 취지에서 올렸단다. 따라서 상업적 목적의 사용은 절대 금하고 있다.
이 블로그에 영어 동요나 영어동화 정보와 관련해서 몇 번 글을 쓰다 보니 그런 검색어로 들어오시는 분이 좀 계시길래 우리 아이들이 좋아하는 프로그램들의 노래들을 검색해서 정리해 보았다. (TelevisionTunes 사이트로 연결됨)
가사가 필요하면 구글에서 "kids TV theme song lyrics"로 검색하거나 개별 노래의 제목에 lyrics라는 단어를 추가하여 검색하면 (예: Dora the Explorer lyrics) 쉽게 찾을 수 있을 것이다 . (일일이 가사를 찾아서 정리해 볼까도 했지만 너무 번거로운 작업이 될 것 같아 생략함.)
그건 그렇고, 아이들 TV 주제가를 검색하다 내가 아주 어렸을 때 즐겨보던 만화 '딱따구리'의 그 특유한 웃음 소리도 들어 볼 수 있어서 좋았다.(들어 보실래요? Woody Woodpecker).
